Gasket Supply offers a flat rate of $10.99 shipping on all orders up to $99.00 within the United States. Orders over $99.00 are shipped free. Most shipments are made within 5 days of purchase, but custom orders may take longer. Gasket Supply ships through UPS or FedEx. Larger shipments are shipped LTL. Orders can be expedited, if necessary. If an order needs to include expedited shipping, please contact customer service at 1-866-502-1920 for our expedited shipping options.
Gasket Supply handles returns and exchanges of purchased items within 30 days of original purchase. All standard sized gaskets and sheets can be returned. Unfortunately, custom or specially fabricated items cannot be returned.
If an item needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact our customer service department at 1-866-502-1920. Returns and exchanges will not be handled through email. Customers are responsible for paying the total shipping cost of returned items.
