The GYLON® Style 3504 gasket is made of PTFE with aluminosilicate microspheres. It is designed for use in many acids, some caustics, hydrocarbons, refrigerants, and more.

Features and Benefits

The GYLON® Style 3504 produces a tighter seal with an improved performance over conventional PTFE materials. With a unique manufacturing process that minimizes cold flow problems typical of skived and expanded PTFE sheets, the The GYLON® Style 3504 reduces product loss and emissions with a reduced creep relaxation and excellent bolt torque retention. The GYLON® Style 3504 can withstand a wide range of chemicals for extended service life in a wide variety of applications.
