Garlock GYLON Style 3510 PTFE Sheet

    $655.85
Garlock GYLON Style 3510 sheet material is a high performance, barium sulfate filled PTFE gasketing material. GYLON 3510 PTFE gasket is designed for use in strong caustics and toxic chemicals, such as chlorine, ammonia, and phosgene, where initiating and maintaining an extremely tight seal is critical. In addition, the GYLON 3510 provides exceptional performance in monomer services. Garlock GYLON 3510 produces a tighter seal and an improved performance over conventional PTFE.

The Garlock GYLON Style 3510 has a unique manufacturing process minimizes cold flow problems typical of skived and expanded PTFE sheets with an excellent bolt torque retention. Garlock GYLON 3510 withstands a wide range of chemicals for an extended service life in a wide variety of applications including strong caustics, moderate acids, chlorine, gases, monomers, steam, hydrocarbons, cryogenics and aluminum fluoride. Garlock GYLON 3510 does not support flame and will not support bacterial growth and includes branding and color coding to reduce misapplication.
